Qalvasistan stands...

in a perilous state. The tensions started when Mehdi Qalvasi, admittedly an underling, took it upon himself to temporarily excommunicate three from his own tribe, unprovoked, or as threatened to his ego.

he then forever ex-communicationed Nadim Qalvasi (forever), leading to an outcry from the peoples.  Asad Qalvasi threatened sanctions to avoid all out war, but Nadim attempted to recruit Daanish Qalvasi, who has bipartisan loyalties ( and discussed Radiohead at the Grammy's) . All appeals to reinstatement are thus far denied. Nadim marks this a momentous occasion, and threatens actions, which remain to be seen, but seem to have the support of Farheen and Nosheen (who is of the Shaikh's)

  1. A spectre is haunting Qalvasistan — the spectre of Shanuism. All the powers of old Qalvasistan have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: Nadim and Asad, Shaikh and Kazi, French Radicals and German police-spies.
